Ankle Strengthening for Dog Agility Handlers

We tend to focus on the dog side of the team, but the human side is just as important when it comes time to run a course.

The exercises in this video will strengthen your feet and ankles as well as improve your balance and calf strength.

With all the running, turning, pivoting and stopping you do during a run you need to have strong feet and legs to avoid injury to yourself.

Working these exercises three times a week will get you well on your way to better performance to keep up with your dog.
