There really is no limit to the things you can do with your dog without a single piece of agility equipment.

Here are some great examples of advanced rear end awareness exercises that will help spark ideas.

Once your dog starts to understand where their back end is and that you are asking them to place it, you can increase the difficulty.

It is fun to watch the dogs figure out where their feet are and how to balance on different objects.

Asking them to do a “handstand” is one of the most difficult exercises mentally and physically.
