Tinker’s Amazing Rehabilitation After Spinal Stroke
We first met Tinker in a video of his struggles learning the weaves back in 2008 and later saw not only did she overcome them but went on with a very rewarding agility career.
Then our hearts were broken when we saw this video of Tinker with a new and more serious struggle in her life.
Tinker at a mere 7 years of age suffered a spinal stroke (FCE) that left her paralyzed in both right legs.
This is a beautiful diary of the physiotherapy exercises and gradual improvements in Tinker proving once again patience and consistency are the keys to success.
Not only that, but because of her prior dog agility training many of the exercises used for her therapy, she already knew.
