The AKC sees these four dogs as separate breeds, but in their homelands they are viewed as variations of the same breed.

The Belgian Shepherd breeds include the Groenendael, Tervuren, Malinois and the Laekenois.

Here in the States we see them as different breeds, but when you see them together you see their similar body type.

All breeds excel in dog agility with a strong drive and desire for teamwork and need for plenty of physical and mental work.
