Is Your Agility Dog One Of the KC Top 10 Smartest Breeds?

According to the video maker these are top 10 smartest dogs based on how many repetitions it took for a breed to master a new command.

They don’t say which kennel clubs they used, but that the breeds on their list took 5 repetitions or less to learn a new command.

They also tended to obey first commands more than 95 per cent of the time. It is interesting to see some of the dogs that made this list.

I have great news for you though, anyone can make a great dog good.  It takes someone with great talent to make a good dog great!

So while this list shows the easiest to train, it is not proof they are the smartest.  The more hours you put into teaching your dog a communication system, the smarter they become.
