Icelandic Sheepdog, Kip, Rocks at Dog Agility

A few years back we shared the Icelandic Sheepdog with you as a rare breed that excels in dog agility.

Here is proof the breed is still here and doing great in dog agility with an outstanding Open JWW run by Kip.

Though this is only Kip’s first Q run it earned them the first place and I guarantee they have gotten many more.

It is said that the Icelandic Sheepdog is as fast and driven as the Border Collie, but easier to calm.

We are anxious to see if they will become as popular as the Border Collie in dog agility or will remain a rare breed.
