Eliska Teaches 2on 2off Dog Agility Contacts Pt 2

We watched how Eliska starts the 2on 2off contact training in part 1 that you can watch here.
This advances the behavior to the actual dog walk showing you how the end behavior is continued.

She teaches speed on a plank before putting the two behaviors together to produce a solid contact.

Not all dogs do well with a 2on 2off contact, but having a solid one in your toolbox can be helpful.

She also reminds us to give the dog time to learn how to balance the speed and the stop.

Be sure to get your dog solid with both the contact performance and the plank work before putting them together.
