Dog Agility Jumping Grids and Speed Circle

This video was posed in 2009 so we are not sure if Orkan is still jumping, but this is an interesting video of his grid work.

Ingerid shared that Orkan did really well with all the exercises they were working with until this one when Orkan started messing up.

Nothing is quite as discouraging than when your dog suddenly seems to draw a blank in their training.

Ingerid tries a few ways to encourage Orkan to put a stride in between the final jumps, but it doesn’t seen to help once there is no treat.

At this point we would have put a bit more space between the final jumps until Orkan put the stride back in.

Then slowly bring the jumps back to the desired distance, but we wonder what would you have done?
