Then we watched the video and read the description and realized that this trainer just has a fun sense of humor.

He calls these routines, “pole dancing for advanced students.” We cracked a smile, but truth is that these are tough.

But this team makes it look so easy as they flow effortlessly through a full gamete of different lines while making beautiful crosses.

The bonus is that they are only using a few jumps for most of them, so just about anyone can practice these.
