Introducing 2o 2o Dog Agility Contact Training

If you have a puppy or a dog new to dog agility, this is a great video on how to start your dog on the 2 on 2 off contact performance using nose targeting.

It is fun to watch this puppy go from nose touching the hand and progressing to the 2o2o body position and then proofing the more experienced dog.

It is also fun to watch because you can do all this inside during inclement weather to keep you both from going stir-crazy.

You will also see what to do if you go too far too fast with your dog in the lessons on the stairs with your green dogs.

Don’t forget to fade out your target, you can always bring it back when you start introducing your dog to the actual equipment.
