Great Warm Up Routine For Dog Agility Handlers
We talk a lot about the proper warm up for our dogs, but handlers need to warm up as well, especially those with fast dogs.
You do tons of quick stops, hard turns and running that can cause muscle and tendon/ligament strain if not warmed up.
It is also imperative for handlers with joint issues already, making sure the joints are warmed up as well.
Your dog needs you to stay “sound” so they can keep running at their best as well as you need them to stay sound.
Albeit, this video is a bit dry as they actually do the full warm up, it is a super routine that is done in less than 10 minutes.
