Starting Your Agility Dog on the Sit Command

While we do not use the sit very much in dog agility, some do use it for their start line and you may encounter it at a pause table or box.

Therefore, it is essential that you develop a solid sit on your dog and we like the silent stay for our work.

Like other cues, you first have to shape the behavior then you can start weaning treats and luring.
