Susan Demonstrates the Front Cross vs Pull Through
Susan demonstrates the Front Cross and the Pull Through as would be applied to a serpentine line of jumps.
We love how they show it both in full speed as well as slow motion so you can study the body movements.
We also like videos like this that allow you to see how different handling moves work on the dog’s line.
The Front Cross is when the handler changes sides on the dog by crossing the dog’s path in front of the dog.
It is one of the easier moves but requires faith on the handler’s part as they momentarily lose sight of the dog.
Pull Through is when the handler calls the dog through two obstacles and in this case has the dog perform the second obstacle.
Be sure to SHARE this video if it helped you to see the differences between these two handling options.
